My kids (3 boys ages 4,6,8) played the game about 3 times- initally they loved it because we got to talk about gross stuff (ear wax, vomit, etc) but after playing about 3 games with it- they declared it "boring".

Works great for stealthily smuggling things through airport security. What's in Ned's head? An ounce of weed and an 8-ball of coke!

Wow who ever thought of this has a great imagination!
If you don't have a sense of humor this game is NOT for you.
I just love to play this with my daughter it gets the whole family laughing!

It doesn't teach them too much and it's easy to see whats inside the head with out reaching in. Does not hold my sons or my attention to long.
