It was a hit with our 1-year-old grandson! Posted 18 February 2008 We bought this for a grandson's first birthday, and he loves it. He played with it almost exclusively for the three days we were visiting. We set it up in "Rocker" mode since his feet didn't quite reach the ground. He loves to push the buttons and pull the levers. I was thoroughly impressed by all the things it can do! And I enjoy knowing it will grow with him. In a few months, he'll be using it in "Ride-On" mode.
Awesome Posted 29 January 2008 My 7-month old loves this. All he uses so far is the "busy box"/dashboard (which is all I let him use!), but it's already a hit. It has so many different features that it keeps his interest and has educational value as well!
a baby/toddlerhit Posted 30 December 2007 Got this when baby was only 6 months old. He played with the steering wheel part on the floor. IT kept him occupied for at least a half an hour or more. When he started to pull up, he then used the scooter part as a prop to start walking. He just reversed the wheels and used it as a push cart. Though not its intended use, he learned to walk with this toy. He would walk up and down the hall all day long! Now that he is an experienced walker, the steering wheel is attached to the scooter and he can sit on it and play with the dash. However, the wheels do not turn smoothly, and he does not use it as a ride on. He still pushes it around as a cart. When he has friends over, he will give them rides. Endless entertainment and educational value.
V-smile for 12+months Posted 13 December 2007 We bought this for my son's first birthday. I was worried that it would get forgotten about, but out of the blue we find him walking over to it and climbing on. It is a dependable toy that he never gets bored of, nor is he obsessed with it. The rocker setting is not the best, he cannot climb onto it as it is unstable in rocker mode. I just keep the wheels on the floor all the time. I am a lot more satisfied with it than I thought that I would be, and it is much better than other ride-ons (my son won't even sit on them). I would stress that it will only get much use once your child has mastered walking and is working on climbing. It does seem more complex to get on and off of on their own. The style of the one that I bought is updated and looks more comfortable and thought out than the model pictured. Highly Recommended if your little boy loves cars and needs a ride-on!
This is a great toy that lasts for months and months. Posted 18 October 2007 My daughter loves this toy. I was sold on it because she could use it for a long time. The baby starts with the wheel part on the floor and then eventually can use it while connected as a rocker and then a ride-on.
There are three sound options on the electric wheel part: driving sounds, alphabet, and music.
It is super easy to put together.
And I see this is on sale now...so buy it.
