Makes A Great Gift Posted 12 May 2008 Gave this as a gift to a friend of mine who is a vegetarian and just had a baby. She was excited that her child was going to have vegetable companions and apparently her husband is big on organic only products for their kid, so it was a double win. I can't attest to the durability, but it's been several months and I've heard reports that the child loves holding the carrot and have had no reports of fraying or any deterioration of the product.
Very cute - except for mushroom head Posted 04 January 2008 The carrot and beans are great for my 4-month old as she can grab them quite easily. I wouldn't exactly call them soft (like the last reviewer), but they are just right for teething. As for "developing a positive attitude towards vegetables", erm.. well, she tries to eat them - only time will tell if she starts the ASPC[V]!
SO CUTE! Posted 28 July 2007 ..and durable! These are the perfect size for my 6 month old's hands. He can pick them up, transfer them from hand to hand. He loves to chew on them and suck on them (ew!). They can be easily tossed into the washing machine, which is a must for any toy used by a teething baby.
He also digs the crate they came in. Strangely enough, so does my 4 yr old, who I had to locate and retrieve the toys from several times the first day.
Great toy for baby. Posted 23 June 2007 Our 7 month old daughter loves these toys. She loves to chew, toss and crawl after them. They are very cute and very soft. They arrived promptly and in fine condition. The supplier, btw , Atlantis Natural, responds quickly and helpfully if you happen to have the need to contact them - (I had a question about their free shipping offer).
