Our Editorial Review
Product Description Use your Tripp Trapp chair as soon as your child can sit up unassisted with the addition of this sturdy baby rail from Stokke, which provides extra support and security for children ages 6 to 24 months. Best of all, the Tripp Trapp chair with the baby rail accessory can be pulled right up to the dinner table -- allowing your little one to join the family at mealtime rather than being segregated by a high chair.
*Note: The Stokke Tripp Trapp chair with 5-point harness is sold separately. The Tripp Trapp Classic Chair and Tripp Trapp Trend Chair are not compatible with this accessory.

Great for Little Ones Posted 19 December 2008 Love this chair rail. It makes the tripp trapp more secure for younger babies. Very easy to install & our 7 month old son loves sitting in his "big" boy chair.
A necessity for supported sitters Posted 26 September 2008 This product is an absolute must if using the high chair with an infant, especially when the baby still needs a little bit of support to sit. The plastic seems durable, yet fragile at the same time. It does its job well, but you don't want to add extra stress to it. It's important to make the proper adjustments to the chair, as the instructions indicate, to keep from over-stressing the plastic. (Adjust the seat to extend out at 3/4" but no more than 2" from the frame.) The plastic is easy to wipe clean and keeps my baby secure in the chair.
Great for infants Posted 21 April 2008 We used this with my daughter when she first got the chair and used it till she was over a year old (till she could really handle being in the chair without anything around her) We loved it because it gave us the peace of mind that she could lean on it and if she moved at all that she had more than just the straps holding her in. Always found it easy to use and never pinched her anywhere, you just have to make sure when you push it up to a table that their hands are not in the way depending on the height of the table top. Looking forward to using this on a new chair with our next child!
great product Posted 07 April 2008 I've had no problems with this rail. It's sturdier than I thought it would be, given the reviews. I tried to use the high chair without it, and I'm so glad I went back and bought it - so much easier to seat the child (mine is 1 year old). Just slip her in. I've had no problems with cracking. I'm curious what kind of plastic it is made of, though. Hopefully not PVC. Wish it was made of wood. It's cute - from certain angles, it looks like my baby is sitting in a little bucket.
