Disposable FUN Posted 04 August 2008 This waterslide was much smaller than I expected. The water fountains look much larger in the explanation than in actuality. The children had much fun on this, but by the end of the first night, the pooled end was disattached from the slide. FUN for the children, but consider it as disposable FUN.
Loads of fun! Posted 03 August 2008 I have 3, very cady, girls ages 6,6 and 10. And they love this three lane Slip And Slide. All possible arguments are distinguished because they don't have to wait for each other. This is also a hit with the children in the neighborhood. I'm very happy with my purchase. But Slip and Slid is awesome anyway!!!
The perfect birthday party activity Posted 02 August 2008 We purchased this slide as one of several water activities to entertain a dozen 5 year olds for a birthday party. In retrospect, it would have been the only water activity we would have needed as it was such a hit. It not only accomodated all of them, it provided hours of entertainment. A definite value.
Best for small children. Posted 07 July 2008 The pictures on the website and on the box itself are totally misleading. If you put two of these together you would still end up with something that is shorter than the packaging indicates. My eight year old grandson is too big for it. The six year olds next door are almost too big for it. We ended up leaving it uninflated and putting a regular blue tarp on the ground at the bottom of it to give them more room to slide. They have had a great time with it, but it could certainly use improvement.
Lots of Fun, easy to set up Posted 14 June 2008 Overall it is a good product. It was easy to set up and stayed in place while the kids were sliding around. You do need a large opening pump to inflate the back part (I luckily had one for my air mattress). As a warning, this slide is probably about half as long as it looks in the picture. I am not sure if they recruited midget children for the advertisement. It is slightly shorter than your average single slide.
It did hold the water on it a little better since it is wide, but I would still recommend moving it every 30 minutes or to save the grass. Also, it comes with three inflate boogie board things which work great, but give the kids 5 minutes with them, and they will become weapons :D
