Our Editorial Review
Editorial Review Tough Tonka trunks have been around for generations. To celebrate 55 years of rough-ridin' fun, Tonka has rolled out new wheels--not just utility trucks. The Rodeo is a big, sporty, updated rig that will make the kid next door turn green with envy. The 15-inch four-by-four comes with a sturdy, multipurpose hauler and a realistic horse car. Inside the fire-engine red trailer is a stallion, enjoying a luxury ride to the races. The truck is filled with realistic detail that includes hollow plastic tires, shocking yellow paint, a sun window, and guard rails. Kids just need to add the fun. No batteries required. --Diane Beall

Lots of fun! Posted 18 January 2008 I bought this for my two-year old for Christmas. It is much larger than I anticipated and I think that is why he enjoys it so much. He loves to put the "horsie" in the trailer and push it around the family room. He has hours of fun playing with this and the tractor set that I also bought for him. I recommend this for little ones.
Great toy` Posted 29 December 2007 Despite other reviews, I decided to try this out and my son loves this toy!
He though is more interested in hauling things and having a trailer then actually making sure the horse stands up in it! It was bought for Christmas and has managed to not break as it has traveled down a couple stairs and been played with quite a bit. I have a sister in law whose 5 year old son received one a few years ago and theirs has not broken yet either and it has been played with alot with him and their 2 year old now!
I would definitely buy this again!
AWESOME Posted 02 April 2004 My son got this truck for his 2nd birthday and he absolutely adores it. The horse does have trouble standing on its own but he doesn't mind at all! He just lays it over and says that it's sleeping. The trailer is made so that it stays hooked to the truck very well and doesn't constantly come undone like many truck and trailer sets. I think this toy is very very much worth the money!
He loves it! Posted 16 March 2004 My son got this toy for Christmas and is three years old. He loves it and plays with it all the time. He wants more that come in the series.
