I purchased this set for our children with the idea of setting it up around our christmas tree on christmas eve, so as I have not yet opened it I cannot comment on the performance or quality. It looks fine with a special snow covered Thomas. However, watch your pricing, as Walmart sells it for under $30.00. Have fun.
