Product Description Fast fun, the origional folding scooter 98mm wheels with ABEC 5 bearings for a smooth, fast ride. Easy fold and carry handlebar system. Comes fully assembled. Available in clear, blue, red and green. Colors may vary upon delivery.
Amazon.com Product Description The original kick scooter, the Razor A is a handy little ride for kids and teens alike. Though it'll never replace the internal combustion engine, the scooter will get your child from point A to point B much quicker than on foot alone, and requires just a few scoots of one's shoes in the process. Plus, it's a blast to use, as your progeny will likely attest. The Razor A is built of aircraft-grade aluminum, a sturdy material that holds up to use and abuse through the years. Its T-tube and deck, meanwhile, fold up into a compact footprint, so riders can fit the scooter inside a bag or carry it at their side when riding isn't appropriate (it weighs around 6 pounds). And thanks to the 98 mm inline-style urethane wheels, ABEC 5 bearings, and patented rear fender brake, riders will always feel smooth and in control when kicking along the sidewalk. Recommended for ages 5 and older, this version of the Razor A sports black handlebars, a black deck logo, and clear wheels, with a max rider weight of 143 pounds. It's also backed by a six-month warranty. For the next step up, try the Razor A2 Scooter. Key Features: - For riders ages 5 and older
- Sturdy aluminum construction
- Weighs approximately six pounds
- Retractable kickstand
- Rear fender brake
- Patented folding mechanism
- 143-pound user weight capacity
- Six-month warranty
The buyer and rider of the Razor A scooter are responsible for knowing and obeying all local, state, and federal regulations regarding the riding and use of scooters.
Editorial Review The standard Razor scooter has stuck around long enough to safely move out of the realm of fad status. This slick model, constructed of aircraft grade aluminum, sports 98 mm urethane wheels with ABEC 5 bearings and a rear fender brake. To afford greater portability, it sports collapsible handlebars and folds neatly. Some might choose to own the Razor as a transportation option since it makes for a neat commuting supplement to public transportation or the school bus. But it's also just a neat little thing to have around the house for the occasional spin down the sidewalk or out to the local park. --Charlie Williams

So Far so Good Posted 04 August 2008 My son just turned 7 and is somewhat afraid of balancing on his own this is a perfect scooter for him! Wish we would've got this one last year instead of the Razor electric ages 6 and up. Which has been sitting in my basement!
Durable scooter Posted 08 July 2008 The Razor Scooter is our second. We had passed our first along to other kids after my son thought he had outgrown it. This one as with our original seems to be well made and durable. My son is a big kid and the scooter seems to be holding up great.
Very good Posted 26 June 2008 Seems to be making a rattling noise that our other razor doesn't but I am hoping something can be adjusted to fix the problem. Has already had PLENTY of use! Good quality product.
Big hit at my house!! Posted 09 June 2008 This was a gift for my 5yo son and he loved it, its lightweight so he can handle it on his own and he has enjoyed it immensley, much cheaper too than some of the pricier ones at retail stores!
Fun Exercise Posted 05 June 2008 I bought the scooter for my seven year old daughter. She refuses to ride a bike, but will use her razor for hours! We were trying to "trick" her into finding exercise that she enjoys! Well it worked. I paid $40 for the scooter online, and then found them on sale in stores for $20- a little disappointing. But at least we got a pink one!!
