A fun, but hard game Posted 14 March 2007 I got nintendogs lab & friends. It is really FUN but it is hard! I bought my first puppy and named her Lexi. She was fun, but I also wanted a boy dog. So I bought another (after making some money) and I can't seem to figure out how to name him! But over all, it is fun.
The Best Christmas gift for my grandson Posted 08 March 2007 Well, it was a bit of a hassle getting it to my grandson who lives a 1000 miles away, because of the Christmas rush and demand, so he received Nintendogs Lab after Christmas, and it was the one gift he really really wanted! He is nine and a half and LOVES this game! My son, his father, says he has worked up to 6 dogs and has them do tricks as sit, lie down, fetch, etc. My grandson recently told me, however, he's cut back to 4 dogs as that number is easier to keep. Even three months after receiving Nintendogs Labrador he still loves the game and has not grown tired of it. I know absolutely nothing about it, never have seen it, only know what my son and grandson tell me. My grandson is quite easy to please, but rarely gets this enthusiastic about a gift given. He would rate this game 5 stars for both fun and overall. It appeals to him in both entertainment value and intellectual stimulation. I not sure how happy I am with children glued to little "Gameboys," as our 4 year old granddaughter got hers also at Christmas [from our daughter], but at least with Nintendogs there is some educational value about it.
Nintendogs- The Heart of the DS, Posted 28 February 2007 Nintendogs is a simulation educational game for anyone of any age. The puppies are cute, playful and lovable, you fall in love with them in like, 1 second.
This shows all the capabilities of the DS. Say, you went to the store, maybe K-mart, and you look around and say to yourself; ''What shall I get? A PSP, those gameboys or a DS Lite?'' You consider these options for a few minutes, then Pick the DS as nintendo's the best. ''What game?'' The shelves are crammed with them, Super Mario and Monkey Ball, but one particular catches your eye. It says nintendogs on it, with a sweet picture of a puupy on it, so you pick it up then pay for the console and the bundle at the cash register. ''Good choice! I love that game. My Husky's name is Snowtrekker.'' The shopkeeper says enthusiastically.
When you return home you cannot stop playing it. Everyday you're colleages are annoyed of hearing you muttering Luigi over and over again. But basically, you can't stop playing!
WHAT I'M TRYING TO SAY IS NINTENDOGS THE BEST GAME EVER!!!!!!!!!! BUY BUY BUY FROM AMAZON NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOW!
Hey I'm 11! And proud!
It is a hit. Posted 14 February 2007 My daughter can't put it down. Although due to the fact that she has to talk to the game and repeat her commands to the puppy often, it can get annoying if you are in the same room with her.
A lot of fun! Posted 26 January 2007 My nine-year-old daughter has played this game everyday since she got it (Christmas 06). All of her friends have it, so they are able to exchange dog breeds, and accessories. She says she'd give this game 60 stars!
