Best Purchase in a WHILE Posted 10 September 2008 This is one of the best products we've purchased for our little girl (2yr old). It's easy to assemble and is GREAT quality. Our daughter INSISTS on doing everything in it (drawing, eating, watching us cook dinner, etc.). She can easily climb in and out of it and it does not even start to tip on her. It does take up a little floor space, so be sure you have room for it. It's expensive, but well worth it.
LOVE IT Posted 30 June 2008 Our family loves this stool. Our 18 month old is very curios and wants to be a part of what is going on. It frustrated her that she could not see over the counter. She always wanted to be held or sit on the counter so she could help. This eliminated that problem. She can stand beside me & help. True it is a little pricey but it is extremely sturdy. I would definitely buy it again.
Solid, clunky and a little dangerous but still enjoy it Posted 05 April 2008 A good product. Mainly for kitchen hand washing and pot stirring. The large hole though is a bit of a hazard. One kid I had in there was sitting down on the platfom. When he leaned back he fell out and fortunately I was able to catch him before he plunked his head on the floor. I think I'll add a strap around as a guard rail. Also it is dang heavy -- which is also good thing too. Yes it is cumbersome to move but stays put when you want it to. I'd get it again. It's in the basement now, waiting for my littlest to grow big enough.
Greatest Toddler Stool Posted 15 March 2008 This stool is one of the best purchases we have made for our 21 month old daughter. She was always crying to be picked up when I was cooking, as she is curious about everything! Now that she has this, she is able to see AND help. She loves it, and will run over to it when she wants to see what's going on. It also allows her to to reach the sink to wash her hands. I highly recommend it to any parent.
Sturdy, good looking and practical Posted 07 January 2008 I own this product and my daugther likes it. Yes, it is super expensive, but you have to realize this product is patented and the competing products have dissapointing designs, so we are paying for the innovation. My only complaint is the step-up design. The step-holes are located in the center instead of sideways, so my daughter (23 months old) has a bit of trouble climbing into the tower. She manages, but she looks uncomfortable do in it. They could improve the entry design.
