I bought this on a whim for my daughter's birthday. I was very happy to see that the picture was very acurate and it was even nicer than I had pictured. My children are brutal with the climbing and turning it into other things as they imaginary play and so far it still looks like new. (it's been over 3 months) My daughter (2yrs old) loves to pull this chair out in front of the tv to watch her favorite shows or to read. I would recommend this chair to anyone wanting nice kid furniture. p.s. another perk was it came whole - no assembly needed on it!
