A new Lego every day for 24 days. Posted 24 November 2008 I've been purchasing Lego Advent Calendars for my daughter for 5 years now. She loves opening the door every day to see what small item she is going to get to build. The Calendars in the past few years have changed to have a lot more people and less little items to build. It's fun to create your own little scene with all the items that you get once all the doors have been opened. If this year is like past years (we haven't opened any doors yet because Dec. 1st is a week away yet), the instructions for putting the project together is printed on the flap of the door that you open. This is a great way for kids (and adults that love Legos too) to countdown the days to the Holiday. It's like having 24 little presents. Can't wait to start opening doors next week!
Month-long fun! Posted 24 November 2008 My son looks forward to receiving the Lego Advent Calendar for his birthday (11/26) every year. All of his friends were jealous when they saw this come out of his birthday bag. It is a great present for kids of all ages.
great item Posted 22 November 2008 This product is great for a lego lover. My 5 year old son sometimes has a hard time with the big lego's and I end up putting them together for him, but this was easy for him and he ended up putting them all together in one day.
Not what I expected. Posted 22 November 2008 I was very disappointed after receiving this LEGO product. The box shows this fabulous Christmas scene. Seeing this picture on my computer screen, I thought it would have lots of LEGO doors and that you could build this scene from the parts you found everyday. No, the cardboard box has the doors in it. When you poke through you find tiny pieces that you can put together. It doesn't really make the scene it shows on the box. I expected a lot more from a LEGO product.
Fun, fun, fun Posted 16 November 2008 my son can't wait to get this. Just think, a new lego every day through December!
