Protect your most valuable secrets! | Recommended for ages six and up, girls especially will love writing and hiding their deepest desires. Your Voice Unlocks the Diary With a normal diary, you're just begging for someone to sneak a peek! But not the Paws Off. This voice-activated electronic diary lets you record a secret password for you--and you alone--to remember. When the diary recognizes your voice and the correct password, then the guard dog barks happily and the diary pops open. When you press a button on the inside, the guard dog interacts with you. The cute figure even moves from behind its bubble dome so you can play with it any time. However, if the password is incorrect, then the dog is not friendly. Releasing a loud, angry bark, the diary will not open. And in case would-be intruders have any more funny ideas, this diary keeps out unwanted guests with a hard, durable plastic design. Fun Accessories Speaking of design, the already festive pink, yellow, and purple diary comes with sheets of fun pet stickers to decorate your secret notes and diary case. And with 20 sheets of pet note paper held in place with cute paw print clips, you can write your biggest secrets or keep notes to friends safe until you see them next. A wonderful addition to any Littlest Pet Shop collection, this electronic toy comes completely assembled and requires only three AA batteries (not included). What's in the Box Electronic diary, sticker sheets, 20 note paper sheets, and guard dog figure.

Good toy , but a little difficult to operate Posted 14 January 2008 My daughter HAD to have this diary for christmas. It works fine once you get the password to register, but we had some trouble doing this. Overall a good toy, and she really likes it.
frustrating Posted 12 January 2008 Like others have said, this toy is very frustrating. I returned one already because I could not get it to hold a password. It just kept opening just by pressing the button. The new one I got is pretty much the same but I did find that you have to hold the diary at least 5 inches away from your mouth to enter the password. It is still a very frustrating thing for my daughter because sometimes it still just opens without even entering the password. So much for her "secret" diary.
Does not work like it should Posted 05 January 2008 My daughter got this for Christmas and the password feature goes not work. Her friend down the street got one as well and hers does not work correctly either. My daughter can say ANY word when it asks for her password and it opens. We are disappointed in this toy.
A little over priced Posted 02 January 2008 It is a cute toy and our 9 yr old does enjoy playing with it, but setting the password and getting it to reopen when the password is spoken can be a little difficult sometimes.
My daughter loves it but... Posted 02 January 2008 The batteries die amazingly fast. The paper is quite small & it isn't really practical for use as a diary. My daughter uses it to keep "treasures" like notes & stickers from her friends rather than utilizing it for a diary. She loves it & that's what we wanted.
