It's exactly what you'd expect. It's a fun little prank and my 9 yr old son gets a real kick out of it. It works by winding it up, wearing it on the inside of your hand, and shaking an unsuspecting person's hand, giving them a good buzz as the winder is triggered and unwinds. No shocks.

Not sure why someone would think this is supposed to produce a shock. It buzzes like it's supposed to when shaking hands....my (...) nephew had a ball with it. Just like the ones I had as a kid.

This buzzer does not shock at all. You wind it up and it vibrates. I bought 4 of them and none of them worked.
