Princess Magic Castle Posted 09 January 2008 My granddaughter was extremely excited to see her very own princess bed when she arrived for the holidays. She loved sleeping in it. Easy to make up with regular twin bedding (a tad too long for the mattress)but we eventually purchased a princess sleeping bag to keep things easy. Seemed very durable, as we were unable to get our 3-yr old to quit jumping on it!
Our only complaint is that the foot pump sold with the bed is a joke. It would take two days to pump it up with that. Fortunately, we own an air compressor and got the job done in 20 minutes.
Overall, given the joy it gave our granddaughter, would recommend!Disney Princess Magic Castle Inflatable Toddler Bed with Pump
We're thrilled! Posted 12 December 2007 Very cute bed!
As others have said, there is only a foot pump included. Also, there is not a separate mattress, only the inflatable bottom of the bed.
I used an air compressor from the wood shop, so it took about 5 minutes to inflate. I also took my daughters old crib mattress which was on her toddler bed, and put that in the bed. Air mattresses can get so cold.
So, the sides are still there to keep her from falling out, we have sheets that fit, and she has a warm, special bed.
All-in-all, we're thrilled!
Fell in love and now heartbroken!!! Posted 27 September 2007 When I first seen this product I had no intentions on keeping it as an official bed it was only to be temporary but my 2 year old daughter insisted that it stay out forever..I bought this bed a little over a month ago and it had a leak in it about 2 weeks ago and still have yet to find it...also the other side got a leak in it about 2 days ago and now the whole thing collapsed. My daughter is very upset. Although I did not expect much she is still devastasted. Also the person that talked about dangerous is also right. The holes are very large and she has slipped in them plenty of times and i heard her crying only to find her head stuck in the bed. It is now occupying the trash can. I would not recommend for daily use or any use for that matter...maybe for playing but thats it...
Adorable Posted 08 April 2007 This inflatable bed is adorable...my granddaughter loves it.
However, the "pump" that comes with it is worthless. It takes forever to pump it up. Do yourself a favor - buy an electronic mattress inflator/pump.
