Product Description Every year through 2008, the U.S. Mint will be releasing five specially designed commemorative state quarters in the order that the states joined the Union.
This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to begin collecting all 50 coins in this incredible map display. The open display board is a beautiful U.S. map measuring 26-inch wide by 16.5-inch tall, and each state has a pop-out where you will place the new coin when it is released. The back showcases the 50 state flags along with the year each quarter is to be released.

6 six year old LOVES it!Posted 23 September 2008 This was a great purchase! It's fun for both my daughter and myself. It's a fun way for her to learn geography and learn a bit of state history. The fact it's a topographical map allows for the imagination to envision what each state may appear to look like. And seeing those quarters spread out on the map, and easily seeing what quarters we still need to find. Too bad it doesn't have slots for US territories that will have quarters of their own starting next year. But, that's my only con... which I don't think you'll find with ANY quarter map out there. Enjoy!
Coin bookPosted 09 September 2008 I bought this book for my nephew. It is a beautiful way to display the quarters. I had purchased one at Walmart (5.25) and thought the quality was much better than this one. This book is cardboard and the corners were already wearing in two days. I was very disappointed knowing I spent 20.00. I would not recommend this state book for durability. Sorry - Walmart doesn't carry the state quarter book anymore. Live and learn.
Coin CollectionPosted 08 September 2008 Love collecting these coins and this is a great way to display them. It is also going to be a make a wonderful gift for my grandson.
Wonderful educational itemPosted 03 September 2008 We ordered this for our grand sons and it is a wonderful
educational item. Not fun to play with since it is not
a toy, but very beneficial for later years. Thanks.
Coin MapPosted 31 August 2008 This is a great map for quarters for my 7 year old. It teaches her where the states are located and the quarters stay in very well. It is a little hard for her to remove the caps before she puts in the quarters, but I help her with it. Overall, I would highly recommend it.
