Glo-E stopped glowing after only 2 months! Posted 03 March 2008 I thought the concept of this toy was brilliant. Especially for children who fuss going to bed. My daugther love this when she got it for Christmas. However after just 2 months it is very hard to turn it on (using the button on the paw) It seems like its misaligned or just dead. Also this bear eats batteries like you wouldn't beleive....we changed the batteries 3 times in two months!
Wonderful addition! Posted 08 February 2008 My 3 year old got this for Christmas when she was 2. The thing EATS batteries and it can't be washed in a machine BUT she LOVES it! I love that if she gets scared at night or can't find her blankie at night that she just presses the bears hand and he lights up. She has taken great comfort from having her bear with her. Plus the bear turns itself off after a short while. On occassion she has used it to play instead of sleep but overall I would highly recommend this bear despite some of the draw backs. (batteries and can't be washed in a machine) We WILL be buying a new one should this one get lost or stop working.
Good Night-Night Bear Posted 28 January 2008 Santa brought this for my daughter this year. Before Christmas she wanted every night light and flash light there was. Now she just grips this bear. She loves it! Highly recommend for your child
Wonderful Posted 12 January 2008 I absolutely love this bear. We received it as a gift for our baby girl. She loved it from day one. When you press the paw it gives you different color schemes. So you can choose from bright, bold colors or soft pastels. She drifts off to sleep watching the colors change.
The dumb surprise of Christmas! Posted 07 January 2008 We saw this on special for about $7 one day in mid-December and tossed it in on another order. We wrapped it up in a needlessly huge box and put it under the tree. Figured it would be a one-day wonder, but fun in any event.
Well, it now has premier placement at the foot of the 11-year old's bed and does its advertised light show (up to five choices) as promised, every night. Shuts off as promised. Spent much more on other things, none of which proved nearly as successful. Came with batteries and worked right out of the box.
