Lots of fun for little ones Posted 19 February 2008
We received 3 different dance mats for Christmas, this was by far the favorite. It is probably best for 6-8 year olds, but even the 3-4 year old cousins enjoyed it. One advantage this one had over the others was that 2 people could play at the same time. I admit to taking a few turns myself and the kids liked trying to beat my score. A good workout and fun at parties. Downsides are the music quality (which didn't seem to bother the kids) and that the foot spaces are a little close so you need to adjust your movements to fit (harder for bigger kids and adults).

This toy is great! My girls love this toy. They have already gotten hours of fun out of the mat. It's durability is fantastic for four 7-8 year old girls. I have more than one dance mat and by far this one will withstand the hard times. It does not slide when using it like other cheap dance mats do. I would definetly recommend this product to others. One down side is there is not alot of music to choose from 10 Bratz songs is all you get. But, it is for two players and you get to choose your own character.

I bought this for my 5 year old daughter who loves to dance. She has been taking dance lessons for 2 years, but this was difficult for her. It's very fast moves for little ones. The music is cheezy but my daughter really enjoys it. Her big brother (15) was playing with her on it, and he did really well. It's nice that 2 kids can dance at the same time. Hookup to the TV was very simple, and the mat folds so it doesn't take up too much space.
