This item was ordered on September 27, 2008 for my grandson's birthday party held on October 11, 2008. The item was received by my daughter from the vendor on October 23, 2008. It took almost a month to receive it, which was past the date of the party. The expected ship date was not to exceed twelve days, which would have been October 9, 2008. I called the vendor on October 9, 2008, and I received no clear explanation for the delay.
As a result I will never order from this vendor ever again.
