So in that spirit, they created the Obama Action Figure, because every superhero should have one. 6 inches tall, 8 points of articulation, window boxed and made from phthalate-free PVC. An action figure you can believe in!

Would Rather Have A Captain America Shield Posted 06 March 2009
I have to give it props for design, but the detail is just horrible. I am 100% Republican and I saw Obama's inaguration at school. I would rather have a model of Captain America's shield than this toy. I might get it just to throw into the collection but I don't know.

My children are all grown so I purchased one for each of them to remember the wonderful era in which they live. They loved it, too!

I just received this item and it was just ok! Not only does it not look like him but, if not for the picture on the box would not have known this was him. I also discovered that as I went back to look at the product again it is now on sale for a lower price 2 days after I ordered it. Still a good toy, will keep as keepsake. Next time please commission a better toy maker who will get the likeness correct of the character being made. I am originally from Chicago and really wanted to see our (hometown) president represented well. On a brighter note shipment, timing and packaging were excellent.

Like Iconophoric described it so well, it's the kind of item that you want to own immediately when you learn about its existence. I went through this same "impulse purchase" experience ... only to be disappointed at Amazon's checkout webpage.
Going back to read the fine print, indeed there it was black on whi^H^H^H uhh let's say, in plain view : "ships to the US only". That's just not fair ! You guys already got the real person in your country, at least let us have the doll.
C'mon Amazon, about issues like this, there's only one fitting attitude :
