Product Description Revised with new engaging activities, this patented, adaptable spiral wraps around most buggy and carrier handles for on-the-go fun. disappointed Posted 09 August 2008 Although the toy is well made I was disappointed with how short it actually is. The photo makes it look quite long or at least easily stretched out. However, it will not stretch across the width of a cot so I have given only two stars for the misleading nature of the photo.
a toy designed for babies that works! Posted 25 June 2008 this and another woozit toy were my son's absolute favourites (and he's still got a soft spot for them) when he was little. we couldn't leave the house without woozit!
that aside, they are well made and having discovered that babies have a limited range of colour perception when tiny, they are one of the few brands on the market that offer toys in bright primary colours including black and white. the parts are the right size for small hands, tho my little boy had difficulty pulling out the vibrating ball until he was older and stronger, but i'd definitely recommend any of this range of toys.
money well spent :)
Great toy which led to me buying 3 others,,, Posted 01 March 2008 I bought this toy after visiting a friend and seeing how responsive their little girl was to the spiral hanging over her bouncy chair.
My little girl loves it. She can amuse herself (ignoring mum and dad) and swipe, gaze and squeeze the toy till her hearts content.
I bought it from Pink Elly and the communication and after-sales experience was excellent.
The toy wraps round the side of the crib, activity bar on her bouncy chair and the handle of her car seat. This last one is great. I was using the wrist toys round the handle, however these were a bit boring. She could only look at them. With the spiral she can play away happily, and as she doesn't always like getting into the car seat this is a bonus.
So far it appears pretty durable and the bright contrasting colours, well I can only say they must be extremely asthetically pleasing to the kids (I think I'd have to be a really confident person to wear a t-shirt with these colours - that or own my own chocolate factory...) as we've got three more whoozit toys in case she gets fed up with one and she seems to love them all.
Colors are great for distracting a "active baby" Posted 01 February 2008 My daughter only seems to get fussy when she's bored, if we don't get out of the house much or if we stop in the pram. The fussiness instantly stops when she gets her Whoozit spiral, the dangley toys fascinate her and she loves everything in the whoozit line. I now am on a mission to complete the collection as her eyes light up with all the different whoozit toys! ( I bought this in a used bundle on another site where you bid... so got a great bargain paid like 12£ for the spiral a whoozit and a rattle)
Disappointing Posted 02 December 2007 This toy looks great and my son loved it but it has a little pull down ball on a spring which rolls back up which has broken after six months. It has only been used in his car seat and we do not spend long periods in the car so I am very disappointed. We can't use it anymore as it hangs in his face. I feel it was an expensive toy considering how long it actually lasted.
He's only seven months so it should be able to withstand his pulling.
