Product Description Bath time is never boring with Octopals. This interactive, floating bath island toy is great for toddlers who want to have fun in the tub and learn something too. Features a mummy octopus that acts as a sieve and pouring cup, and her 8 little babies that you can stick to the sides of the bath or tiles. Each baby is a water squirter and features a different number that corresponds to a number on the base for number matching fun. Comes with its own spinning action feature.

Fun but don't let the water stay in them when not using! Posted 30 May 2008 OK like many of these bath toys they are good fun and can keep you playing in the bath with the kid(s) for ages.
But a note of caution!
When finished playing with them in the water make sure you empty out the water from these things.
As over time mould will build up inside of them and you see little dark spots inside. If the child puts them to their mouths and squirts of sucks from them like most will do then these mould spots will be swallowed.
They also will appear in the bath water as I have discovered.
Ok, but... Posted 11 October 2007 This is a reasonable toy, but no more. There aren't that many different things to do with it, and it fills up a lot of bath space for not much functionality. My son quickly got bored with it. Plus, be careful to squeeze all the water out of every baby octopus after every bath before you store it as mildew can build up inside them (ick). Frankly, my son is happier with a plastic funnel, a plastic water bottle and a cup in the bath.... But this was a present, and so here we are.
so cute! Posted 23 June 2007 My daughter loves these Octopals. They're very cute and she likes to line up all the little babies in a row so that their eyes are facing her. They can be stuck to almost any surface in the bath with their suction cups and when you squeeze them over the bath, each one makes a different squeaky sound. Best of all, they're very easy to squeeze and so they can be kept very clean. Some squeezy bath toys grow mold if you don't empty out the water every time, and some of them are difficult to squeeze. These little guys are very squeezy and so you can be sure 99% of the water is out when you clean up after bathtime.
Octopals - Squirty Fun With My Boy Posted 14 September 2006 I always bath with my baby and he has loved these little squirty octopals since he had them at 5 months, they, fill up nice and easy, easy for little hands to hold and squeeze I love the shocked look on his face when he manages to get me with one.
Only bad thing is the lilly-pad is quite big and the little babes don't stay on it well, it gets discarded. Also if you leave the octopals with any water in them then after a week on Holiday you need to soak them in PHP to get rid of the mossy green goop inside them. It washes away fine if you know what to look for.
Make bath fun!! Posted 13 March 2006 My 21-month-old baby just loves the stuff. She didn't like taking a bath, but now she enjoys it very much, spending time with these colourful friends. Very cute and reasonably priced.
