Product Description "Sensors & Alarms electronics kit by Cambridge Brainbox A fantastic electronic kit that supports the National Curriculum Design and Technology at Key Stage 3 and can be used to augment Science and Design technology at Key Stage 2. This electronic kit introduces children to the idea of things being controlled by sensors - streetlights that switch on at dusk and off at dawn, washing machine doors that will not open whilst it is operating or car windscreen wipers that switch on when it rains. This Cambridge Brainbox kit contains sensors for light, water and magnetic force. As with all Cambridge Brainbox kits there is no soldering or trimming required - the Sensor and Alarm kit uses simple components with press-stud connectors. An easy to follow user guide is included. Age : 8-14 ( under age 8 will require adult supervision and guidance for safety reasons) Requires 2 AA batteries - not included."
