A lovely toy with great imaginative value. This was the present from our new baby to our little boy (3 and a half years old) - he has played with it non-stop for the past two months! There is such an amazing amount of detail, and of course the Playmobil people and accessories fit with all other Playmobil sets, so children can set up all sorts of adventures: at the moment we have Playmobil pirates 'mending' the helicopter! There are lots of small parts, so that is the only thing to be watchful of with younger children - but great for 3yrs and up I would say.

My son is a few months short of 3, when I bought him this, and he loves it. More than that I love it. Its a really good quality toy set. You have to put the set together, but its not difficult. The things that my son likes about this set is the size of the helicopter, which is quite large and the boat has a battery operated engine which makes it travel quite quickly past him in the bath, which makes him laugh. The level of detail is excellent. On the helicopter there is a working wrench that lifts one of the 2 figures supplied or the stretcher, that fits neatly at the back. There is even oxygen masks at the back of the helicopter for putting on the patient. The boat has proper string around the side for people to hold onto, plus a spare rope and hook.
I was stunned to find lead boots for the diver. Just exceptional detail and exceptional quality.
I will be buying more playmobil toys.
