Yoshi! Start Your Engine!! Posted 01 January 2008 Yoshi has finally jumped out of the cartridges and the disks in the Video-Game World and has strapped himself in a cart of his own. You are given the controller and now you can take Yoshi wherever you go!
The Yoshi Go-Kart is a Remote Control racing kart, which allows the user to take Yoshi at top speed around their home, office, work environment and even competitions outside the Nintendo Video-Gaming World. There are 3 types of these Karts available. A Mario, a Donkey Kong and a Yoshi Kart. Obviously I own a Yoshi Kart, he goes at 44htz, which is faster than Mario, as my brother owns a Mario Go-Kart, and I won against him in a few remote control races!
My Grade For Yoshi: 8.5/10: Excellent, Wonderful, Good One
My Wish: He can run out of batteries quite quickly and he can't travel on tough dirt and a very thick carpet. I wish the Kart had thicker tyres and more battery life so that I could take him more further in the race!
Final Comments: If you have a couple of children and they own a few remote control cars, or they play the Mario Kart games, then I am sure they will love to have a go with these Karts. Not only are they enjoyable, but they can also be antique in the future!

Check Out The Mario Before You Buy. Posted 14 December 2006 I Write this review only as a concern for fellow consumers. I think the review above may be a little enthusiastic and after looking at the reviews for the Mario version I think most people will strongly veer away from this product, It's not quite as it first appears.
A Cute Novelty Ride Posted 29 August 2006 I love this cute little guy, though if you actually want it for racing try something else. I'd say this isn't really a toy for young children due to the fact that it will break easily. It only has forwards and reverse right movement, and the engine lights up when moving. I would recommend buying this only if you want a cute little Yoshi and are not bothered about range of movement when driving it.
