I bought a light up mirror that played music for my daughter to look at while riding in the car and she cried all the time. Later I was given this Car Seat Gallery by my sister-in-law who's 4 children all loved it. I put it up in the car and she hasn't cried since. She loves looking at the pictures and I think she actually talks to them sometimes. She has had it since she was 2 mos and even now at 5 months she seems to still enjoy the pictures and doesn't complain/cry while riding in the car.

It must be awful starring at the back of a car seat so we bought this to give our little one something interesting to look at, when not sleeping.
