For a four year old who loves Captain Scarlet on T.V. He can now use his imagination for his own adventures at home, although it only has a few sentences, this doesn't matter to him. Educational value is partly in being able to dress and undress him, and being able to extend the sotries they see on T.V. The detail of this toy is good and his hat comes off, much better than the Thunderbird figures which have been a struggle when putting on some of their equipment. I suppose its a boys version of Barbie but without the options of clothes.
