Q: How do I find the product I want to buy?

3. Make sure your items are being delivered to a single UK address
4. Select Super Saver Delivery as your delivery method. Orders placed using Super Saver Delivery will generally be delivered to you 2-5 days later than the same order placed using First Class Delivery
5. Select "Group my items into as few deliveries as possible" as your delivery preference

Q: Why after I check out, the items disappear from my shopping basket?
A: Our relationship with Amazon.co.uk means that we provide facility such as store quick item(s) search, shopping basket and they handle payment and shipping.
When you click 'checkout' button on our website, your shopping basket content is transferred to Amazon where they handle the payment process. As the result of this your shopping basket at our store is emptied.
* It is possible to get back to our store and continue shopping even after you pressed 'Checkout' button too early.
The next shopping basket content will be simply added to the first one at Amazon - just after you press checkout for the second time.
This means that Amazon also stores content of all your previous shopping baskets and will hold items for 90 days until you clear them or make purchase.

Q: Why after I added item to a shopping basket its price is different to that displayed on the product page(s)?
